I set off on this journey of completing my Master's Degree because I want to be a better leader for my agency and city, North Platte, Nebraska. I learned more from this program than I could have ever imagine. Getting to know cohorts from across the country and learning from one another's experiences was a great benefit. I have learned new tools to be a better officer and leader in my department.
